Return Warranty

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 7 calendar days return policy after you received the item (which is shown by the delivery information).

I Return Process

If you encounter any problems after receiving your item, please send an email to our customer service at service@prettytina.com.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process: 

  1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
  2. Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 1 business day.
  3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
  4. If you do not provide sufficient information expecailly return tracking number, we have the right to reject your request for return. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.

II Return Policy 

  1. You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
  2. The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
  3. We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
  4. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
  5. We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  6. No exchange or return on promotional items.

III Exchange& Refund

When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

If you refuse delivery and the parcel is returned to us, you will only be reimbursed with 50% of your payment. The parcel must have been received at our end before we will refund you.The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

IV Shipping Fee

prettytina is not liable for problems under the following:

Size doesn't fit.

Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.

    Package Returned

    1. Please confirm the return address with us and inform us with the return tracking number after you returned it back
    2. We don’t accept the return package with Fedex or DHL.
    3. In the unlikely event that any additional costs, such as import fees and taxes associated with the return shipping process, are incurred, we kindly ask that you note that our company is unable to cover these expenses. We kindly request that you review all return instructions and shipping details carefully to avoid any unexpected expenses.

    VI Refunds 

    1. Refunds will be processed within 1-8 business days after we receive your package.
    2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable
    3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@prettytina.com
