SHIPPING & TRACKING

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will normally receive your order in 7-12 business days from the date that it is placed in US. And other countries will be longer.

 

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

 

PROCESSING

It normally takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order and 1-2 business days  to ship the order out.Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING

1) The processing time of Presale items will be longer than usual. Express shipping can’t short the processing time, but we will process it in priority.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. All the items are shipped from 3rd-4th floors of No. 1, Lane 65, Huanlong Road, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you can contact Customer Service service@prettytina.com.

 

PACKAGE SAFETY

Affected by COVID-19, to make your packages safer and ensure the quality higher, we are improving our delivery process, so there maybe a 12 working days delay in the delivery.

We're working closely with our fabric suppliers to make sure all the fabrics we use are with disinfection guarantee. All of our packages are rigiorously disinfected several times daily using hospital standards.
